ONE HANDER - Jump and then take one hand off the handlebars. Then put it back on before you land and keep on riding.

NO FOOTER - In the air take both feet off this time. Spread your legs as far as you can. See those ballet lessons you used to do now come in handy.

NO HANDER - Pinch your seat and take both hands off your bars. Then put them back on and keep on riding when you land.

X-UP - Turn your bars 180 degrees, to form a X with your arms then turn them back, land and keep on riding.

ONE FOOTER - Jump, take a foot off, put your foot back on and keep on riding.

TABLETOP - Get some air and lay the bike flat in the air on its side so it is parallel with the ground, and bring it back up for a landing.

ONE FOOTED TABLETOP - do a tabletop, if you do it to the right take off your left foot or vice-versa.

E.T - Just like in the movie. You don't need that big of a jump. Get some speed and go off of the jump and pedal in the air.

KICK OUT - Catch a little air, and push your favorite side of the bike out and bring it back.

ONE HANDED LANDER - land with one hand.

MANUAL - Pull up your front wheel up and don’t pedal. And the just go over the jump. Then keep on riding.

DEAD SALIOR - Go off the jump and stiffen both your arms and legs. (That’s it) You'll probably do it the first time you try it. (Not much of a trick)

SIT – DOWN: to do a sit-down you need some air and at the top of your jump pull your bike up so you sit down and then land. Its good to do if you think you need more air to clear a jump.

ONE FOOTED LANDING: Simply do a one-footer and land with that foot off.

360: First you need a little bit of speed, go up to the ramp and start turning you bike and whole body about 1/2 a foot before you leave the transition. As you are leaving and flying in the air, keep turning looking over you shoulder for the landing. Then once you feel comfortable try them over a small tabletop or double then gradually move your way up to bigger jumps.

BAR SPIN: First learn to do them on the ground. It will help with clamping the seat when you are in the air. Next find a nice sized jump that you are comfortable on. When you leave the lip lean back and pinch the seat with your knees (it doesn't matter how high your seat is just as long as you feel comfortable doing it). When you feel stable spin the bars like you learned to do on the ground. See now you know why it is easier to learn them there, not while your 8 feet in the air. Depending on your style, either throw them to catch, or kind of keep your hand on the bars as you are spinning. Now catch them. Meanwhile you are in the air, try and dip your bike into the landing transition.

TAIL WHIP: Before you do a tail whip, find the direction of the way the bike is going around you. There really isn't a rule for this, but the most commonly way is kick it the same way you spin (this will pay off eventually in a 360 tail whip). First find a transition that gives you around three seconds of hang time. As you leave the lip start to bring off your foot that isn't pushing (except if the bike is spinning clockwise take off your left foot). Then as you take off your foot push the back of the bike with your other. Where most people mess up is when they actually get it out cause they'll not have the bike leveled out and the back end won't spin. Once it's out start to "gyrate" your arms so it'll spin faster. As the bike finishes it's rotation lift the leg that pushed off and stop the bike with your other foot, then find the pedals.

COMBOS: just do any 2 or more tricks together at the same time.

*GT & Omega's TRICK section will grow in time (soon)...we just have to get the rest of the site up and running...
